Stylish but not the best quality
We ordered a sideboard, desk and a bookshelf from Debenhams Website and first impressions were that the materials were poor quality. It took a really long time to put the furniture together, the sideboard was possibly a return and the box was sellotaped and it was scratched in places. Having said all that, the overall effect was great, furniture looks impressive and is very sturdy. Also the customer services team (Sam) were very helpful and polite, arranged a return and a refund without a delay.
