The lifestyle change we were looking for!
My husband and I started this plan in December of 2022. I had been looking extensively for a plan that wasn't a diet, but a lifestyle change that we could maintain for the rest of our lives. This is it! We're incredibly pleased with the support, accountability process, and level of coaching and mentorship provided. We are almost through our first 6 months and will be renewing.
