Not to be trusted

I would avoid using PCS Legal when purchasing a property. Their communication skills are lacking, often needing prompting to complete required tasks. Not only this, they caused myself and my wife a massive scare by claiming (via e-mail, not even a phone call) we owed an extra £7,200 in SDLT after the purchase of the property was complete. They didn't fact check this before alerting us, and it turned out to be incorrect. They are meant to be the experts here with all the information to ensure that everything happens as it should - I would not trust them.
