Very disappointed!!!
I am very frustrating with Great Jones Management, both property manager and accounting team. I have been trying to contact Great Jones by phone and email for the last 10 days but no ones bother to return my emails. Great Jones has managed my property since beginning 1/2020. We agreed that utilities service is between Great Jones and Tenants, owner will not be involved in this agreement. Great Jones will bill tenants directly with $10 service fee each month, each service. What I have been told was wrong. After the contract was signed, Great Jones made me pay $340 for electric deposit + $2.75 administrative fee. The month after that, Great Jones made me pay $216 for water deposit. It did not stop here. 3 months after tenants moved in, Great Jones took out $124.84 for water service for January from my account balance. I've been trying to get the problem resolved without success. One exception, Louis, the Field Property Manager, has done a fantastic jobs!
