Avoid!
They are great when selling you bike but as soon as you have bought the bike, they don’t want to know or help. I’ve found the boss very unprofessional, rude & unhelpful. He needs to learn some good customer service skills. Can never fit anyone in for bikes to be fixed, so pointless having them as a contact. Really unsatisfactory & disappointing experience, I won’t be returning & warning anyone that asks me to be honest.
