My daughter used Cognito for both her A levels and GCSEs and it was fantastic to support her learning. It also filled in any gaps in knowledge. The customer service has been so efficient. They supported me in changing my credit cards part way through my subscription. When I told them I no longer needed the service because my daughter had finished her A levels they refunded me on the same day for that months subscription. If only all companies were like Cognito!
