Downhill rapidly
I recently signed up online for a gas boiler service. Their website made this a very simple and stress free procedure. Sadly everything went downhill rapidly. Several messages and emails advising their engineer would arrive to service my boiler on 10/10/23. he failed to appear and not a word of explanation from them. I had to call them. The earliest they can come to service the boiler is 31/10/23. I will not be considering the for my gas and electricity needs when my current contract with electric Ire expires in December.
