Your representative, Sherry, was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. My only problem was that the inquiry about a medical alert system was initiated by my insurance company, Aetna Medicare Advantage, who put me in touch initially by computer phone system with "Life Protect 24/7" with whom I arranged for them to provide their service. When I called Aetna back to ask a question about a discounted monthly fee a representative then put me in touch with Sherry from Life Station. At that point I found a more complete service with your company and then had to call the other company to cancel my subscription with them before completing my subscription with Life Station. So, my only difficulty was with Aetna.
