I will not use Rula anymore when i need…
I will not use Rula anymore when i need to look for a therapist in the last two months i have been through 3 different therapist. I told three of these women deep personal issues i am dealing with and issues from the past and it was very emotional. The first therapist was a phone call which was a hour long and after that she disappeared and i waited well over 40 mins for the second session for her to show up. The second therapist was a couple of weeks later this time was a video assessment she called it quits on me after answering a review assessment and based on that she gave up on me WTF...It was one session i figured after a month or two of solid sessions she would give it time to help me with my issues. But nope come the second session she made all the excuses in the world based off one session review so she bailed i was beyond frustrated are they higher legit therapists or actors ???...So a couple of weeks went by and i told myself ill give Rula one more chance and i did and i told the next therapist and warned her to not give up on me based on one review, or one session and she assured me she wouldnt and she is not like the other therapists so she said...Then two sessions later to the most recent as today she didnt show up, no messages, no interest she bailed on me like the rest of them. All three of these women are beyond unprofessional they simply didnt care for my issues and problems and i was seeking help. So i am DONE with Rula and looking for legitimate therapists who care and will help me in my pursuit of mental health peace.
