Worst experience as a Owner
Absolutely terrible experience... Horrible communication, late on updates/repairs/invoicing. Do not use this company for any property management for your rental properties. Plus.... they had NO IDEA that a squatter was in my property. It was only when my replacement property manager went out to inspect that I found out and had to inform Great Jones....
