Big shoutout to customer care rep named Nashley.
I had a good customer experience when earlier today my lyca uk sim was not working. Nashley from the customer care team was extremely polite, empathetic and had a strong willingness to help with my problem. She explained everything properly and guided me on how to fix the matter by sim swap. I wish Lyca mobile will get more staff like Nashley.
