Worst customer experience ever
This is the most inept property management company. They require you to overnight rent payments once your portal is locked after payment late, then intentionally refuse to post your payment upon receipt in order to demand next month's rent be overnighted as well within 7 days. With no clear explanation as to why, to justify charging attorneys fees for eviction proceedings that are never filed. No legal documents from said attorneys ever sent. This is done in order to make more money off tenants. Avoid this company at all costs. Horrible company with terrible customer service.
