Never been able to access my account, had hours of my time wasted
I left my previous provider and signed up with Voxi in November 2024 when they were offering 80gb for £10 a month for Black Friday, but I have never been able to log in to my account. I've spent hours on the live chat over the past few months and I've spoken to nearly 10 different agents and each time I get walked through the exact same troubleshooting steps about clearing my cache and using different browsers and them sending me new login details, and it just never works. One of the last agents I spoke to said it must be an issue with my device, even though I have been using 3 different devices, and a variety of different browsers and following all the advice they've given each time. I've since looked on Reddit as well as reading the reviews here and it seems this has been an ongoing issue for a lot of Voxi users for at least 5 years now, so I just don't think it's going to get fixed. I'm so angry about having my time wasted on the live chat to the agents when it's clear that the issue just isn't going to be fixed. The data deal was really good value but I'm going to be looking for alternatives because not being able to access my own account feels way too sketchy.
