DO NOT USE These not only cost more than any other property solicitor they also take much much longer 5 months into a no chain purchase and still no further along than we was on day one, constantly saying oh one last thing, never answering questions, no communication, sellers solicitors have been ready for over 6 weeks but not these AVOID AT ALL COST

Daughter In the process of buying a flat, the flat is empty we were advised there was no chain on either party’s side, almost 4 months after putting in an offer getting sorted and solicitors doing searches we are now at a stand still and have been for at least four weeks, I’ve contacted beercocks to try and get this resolved but when they do decide to reply we get oh we are waking for the vendor to answer some questions but have been unsuccessful at this point in getting those answers, she’s is constantly getting fobbed off by beercocks, I would AVOID at all cost, very quick to get you in but then nothing, she was advised 6-12 weeks for completion and is now left waiting without answers, we are going through omnibus
