Not a Fan!

Your Customer Service manager has done as much as he possibly can for us, and we appreciate his efforts… but your lower level customer service is horrible! We have had missed appointments, work tickets not made up, messages not passed along… Our internet was completely out for some time a while back and I told a lower level CSR I was tired of paying $100/mo for nothing— he said, “wait a minute… let me see what we can do” and seriously came back offering me $65/mo till it was fixed! I learned early on that if I had a problem, I have to take it straight to the top, because no one else is willing/able to help! Our service flat out sucks. Sadly, it’s about all we can get in our area. It goes in and out all day long and slows tremendously in the evenings. We pay almost $100/month for this unreliable service and would seriously cancel altogether… but our neighbors don’t have any better luck with anyone else. We will cancel the minute something better comes along (if we make it that long without canceling and just going without… which wouldn’t really be that much different than what we are doing right now!). The most infuriating part is you constantly inundating us with ads about all the service you’re adding in different places. Focus on improving the service you already have instead of trying to expand! And quit sending me messages trying to persuade me to invite others to sign up! I wouldn’t do that to my worst enemy! Sorry. Other than your one good, helpful supervisor, I don’t have too much nice to say about your company or your service!
