Poor customer service
Poor customer service. They do free shuttle runs for customers to the airport but wouldn't drop us only 1km down the road even though the shuttle driver volunteered to and we had huge bags, the manager said no and stopped him. They hung onto my Aus$1,000 deposit for over 2 weeks for no reason and with no apology or explanation despite chasingthis on several occasions. Really poor customer service all round.
