Major improvements since Hannah joined
Our experience with Prime has been lackadaisical at best over 5+ years, but since Hannah took over the management of our building there has been a discernible improvement in (i) promptness of responses to issues/queries, (ii) general availability and quality of service, and (iii) taking ownership over reported issues. There is still room for development in terms of running down reported issues to ensure that these are rectified completely and exhaustively (e.g. cleanliness and regularity of cleaning of communal areas, frequency of bin room emptying), without the need for follow-ups by flat owners. Hannah has been an overall asset to the management of our property - she understands and empathises with our needs, and gets things done. As this is a review for Prime holistically, rather than Hannah as an individual (who has a fantastic work ethic), I believe this rating to be a completely substantiated, fair and balanced one.
