Order was charged twice and was told…
Order was charged twice and was told one charge is an authorization hold. This seems to be the MO for Joann online orders. I am now 50 less in my account the week before xmas and now have to wait to get that money refunded even though the original order is posted and paid for. I do not understand how they can continue to do this and it doesn't surprise me that after googling this issue I see Joann essentially has 1 star ratings everywhere. If I could rate in the negative I would. I wish there was something that could be done about this but they obviously don't car about their customers or the fact that many people are already struggling financially and being charged twice is just absurd and puts people in a bad place. I hate this!
