Unprofessional and unrealistic
Rude, unprofessional and no sense of situations given recent pandemic etc Emailed to explain change in circumstances and I had cancelled my DD. Got told I couldn’t, emailed back and gave my number asking them to call me to discuss, response was they were too busy so would deal over email. Explained about financial impact of Covid and partner unable to work as self employed, they wanted proof, didn’t read details, asked for proof from employer…even though self employed! Wouldn’t freeze my membership even for a few months, short 1 liner responses until I sent a long complaint email back. When they did send a more professional response back but still missing the whole point. I really like the studio I had been a member of but this reflects and impacts them which is unfair on them.
