Great for agencies, onboarding could be smoother
We're an insurance agency that switched from a legacy CRM to Smith. The improvement is dramatic — especially the AI-powered follow-ups and the integrated phone system. Deducting a star because we experienced occasional slowness during peak hours. It's been getting better with recent updates though.
