Bad customer service
Bad customer service. There was a speeding ticket and they advised not to pay for it. But something wasn't right when notices were sent to me several times. When I called apex, they just said it is simply in the contract. Like the contract was 20 pages long. Is it so difficult to highlight to the customer? This is utterly ridiculous. My first and last time renting car with Apex. Their customer service are so rude, not helpful at all. After-sales service sucks. DO NOT RENT CARS FROM APEX
