Not flexible at all
used their instant prescription service twice. they don't prescribe other meds than the one you opted BEFORE videocall. They can not change anything manually after discussing in the video call also will not give you multiple months supply. therefore you have to go back every month, which is costly in the long run. should avoid unless you're in a rush and need only a minimum supply.
