Probate/non-land registry registered sale
Dexters did a great job in setting up multiple viewings very quickly, which resulted in multiple offers, including in excess of the asking price. Lottie handled all the subsequent admin very efficiently - this was a Probate sale, with the added complication of the property not having been registered on the Land Registry website. She kept up the dialogue between all parties, which resulted in the successful completion. The Surbiton Dexters team are a team - highly recommended.
