HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... this is the conversation with one of the customer representatives this morning, AVOID AT ALL COSTS - cheese arrived warm, looks like its been sitting in a truck overnight, customer service rep refused to escalate my complain to someone that is even half decent.... Hello, I am absolutely disappointed in your company, for having to rely on a simple delivery on valentines day. I got a message saying the package was on its way 7:30 am yesterday and NOTHING WAS DELIVERED TILL THE END OF THE DAY! Which resulted in massive inconvenience and negative consequences. I would like to have one of your company representatives look into this and contact me immediately with an explanation on where the parcel is till this moment!
