Unable to process my claim

They have not been able to resolve my claim. I made my claim 3 days ago. On the first day they could not progress with my claim as they could not "put it on the system". I was told I would be contacted later that day. I was not contacted and spent an hour on the phone contacting them. I then called back yesterday, spent two hours on the phone mostly because I kept being put on hold. Still unable to put my claim on the system. As I then launched an official complaint I was offered some compensation but then informed that they did not know how to make the payment as their systems don't allow for it. I was told I would have a call back. I have not had a call back. I would not go with this company as they seem unable to resolve issues and offer compensation without having the ability to follow through, they have not kept me updated and I have to chase them which takes up a lot of my time. Gary below says he has sent me a message but I cannot see any messages. I have spent a further 45 minutes on the phone to AXA and the issue is still not resolved Further update. Day 4 and the matter is still not resolved. I have had no messages from Gary who responded below. The complaints department have not responded to my emails. Compensation remains unpaid. The stress of dealing with AXA is worse than the stress from the accident and I am now getting insomnia and other symptoms of stress. It looks like I will have to get my car repaired at my own expense as AXA are incompetent. Further update is that AXA made it too difficult to claim, they did not respond to my emails and phone calls take hours. The person below who claims they sent me a message never did so they only respond to bad reviews publicly and do nothing privately. So I ended up having to resolve at my own expense. When my insurance is up for renewal next year it won't be AXA.
