Offer of 20% discount not honoured!
I received an email offering a 20% discount on their usual fee of £19 (which would make it £15) but, guess what, when you click on the link to claim the discount, they still want to charge the full £19 (no discount offered) - I did email them regarding this (as it's just annoying!) but did not receive a reply, hence the negative review. If I receive a reply to this, and can claim the discount THEY offered, then I will amend/delete this review accordingly, but it will have to be in the next couple of days, as I will otherwise just use a cancellation app which is just as easy to use (and probably cheaper anyway!)
