We have been clients of Sophie at Taylor Rose Pocklington for many years, relying on her for both the sale and purchase of several properties. Throughout every dealing i have had with Sophie she has consistently delivered and made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and well-managed. Sophie is brilliant she always acts with professionalism and is very responsive. It really feels as if she cares for her clients. She and her team are always quick to respond to any queries and provide clear updates every step of the way. We were especially grateful for Sophie’s support during a very difficult personal time, when my father was terminally ill. She handled the necessary property matters with such sensitivity, compassion, and efficiency something that we will always remember and appreciate. More recently, we've had the pleasure of working with Lauren, a member of Sophie’s team. Lauren has also been brilliant she is really proactive, and excellent at keeping us informed throughout the process. It’s clear that the high standard of service at Taylor Rose Pocklington is across the entire team In addition when you attend the office in Pocklington it’s always so welcoming, you are also greeted with a drink and despite what must be a stressful job it’s always very cheerful. I recently completed a purchase on the 31st March just before the stamp duty increase and despite Sophie and her team being very busy they still always kept us updated and did the best they could. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sophie, Lauren, and the entire team at Taylor Rose Pocklington to anyone needing a reliable solicitor.
