Adam (4777) did an absolutely amazing job to help me. My grandson was in the car with my and my car broke down in the middle of traffic. The RAC came quick and understood the issue quickly. Adam even mentioned it could be my battery but got us off the road safely first and then assisted us with politeness and shows he had a breath of knowledge.
