Went in to get my 6th Motability Ford Focus from John Grose Lowestoft. There's always a warm welcome and a friendly polite salesman. While waiting for the order of the car he kept me informed of the delivery date. When I picked up the car he made sure I was familiarised with all the features and I was happy with the car. Next day he phoned me to see if I had any questions and to make sure I was happy with the car. Would definitely recommend John Grose
