they dont do squat for the fee they collect. you have to manage the management of the prop. w/ them. your tenants needs will never be surfaced to you. I for one lost 2 b/c they dont report what the tenant is asking to be done. bad business practices, blackeye on the ind. and a rip off. Small claims here we come.
