Unsere Kidswatch Xplora Go 03 ist nach einem halben Jahr nicht mehr funktionsfähig (Fehler: Uhr wird heruntergefahren um ab zu kühlen). Wir haben uns schon mehrfach an den Kundenservice gewendet aber haben nie eine richtige Antwort bekommen. Wir haben die Uhr Online bei Medion gekauft die wiederrum verweisen uns an den Hersteller (Xplora).Eine Rufnummer gibt es auch nirgendwo. Nach wie vor kein erreichen von Xplora...
