Call center, Email and live chat customer services should improve a lot. No response at all.
My Lycamobile number was unable to receive incoming calls and sms. Called 322 several times and several days and sent emails as well. No response at all. I am still facing the problems. No one attempted to reply to emails or answer calls. Today, after calling several times, one staff answered the call. But the problem hasn't been solved yet.
