Denied itemized receipts. Charges for services like courier and photographs inflated beyond rates listed on the website. Staff refused to provide a cost breakdown upfront, instead attempting to collect payment with little explanation. When I declined optional services, i was met with hostility, delayed processing, and even veiled threats.
