I booked two tickets for the Golden Water Puppet Show in Ho Chi Minh City (Booking JMR006338) through Klook. Their policy says full refund if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. I tried to cancel more than 24 hours before the event but the system didn’t allow it, so I sent a message 25 hours before the show. They later refused my refund, saying it was not cancelable. This is unfair and goes against their stated policy. I have proof of my timely cancellation attempt and Klook still hasn’t resolved it. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
