Customer Support Is Lacking
(This is a re-write of my original review, reduced for conciseness) The lack of any contact telephone number being available on the C&C website means that communication regarding any issue is limited to filling out a support form on their website. I did this twice over two days and received no acknowledgement or response at all. Only after logging a one star review on here was I contacted via email. C&C apologised for apparently having not received my support requests from the website and stated that they had tried to call me several times, including leaving a voicemail message. I received none of these calls, or the voicemail, however to give C&C the benefit of the doubt, it seems that a poorly timed mobile phone network outage may well be responsible for that happening. Resolving my issue took several email exchanges, a situation that could have been easily avoided if a support telephone number was clearly published on the website and I could have spoken to a human being. There is no such contact number, except one buried at the very end of the website 'Privacy Policy', but calling this number initially only proved fruitless as no-one answered it.
