Customer service in every sense of the word
I did order a pair of slides when the GLS delivery went all wrong, they wanted to deliver in a parcel locker instead of my home address, then the parcel locker could not be reached they said, it would be delivered in Hellevoetsluis but later they wrote they did send the parcel back to Archies instead which was a big disappointment to me, so I wrote Archies customer service about it and I was pleasantly surprised by the answer of their Jenny, she was very kind and understanding and really made my day, she got me a new pair of slides very fast. A big cheer for Jenny who really made a difference, she understands what customer service is all about. Thank you Jenny, thank you Archies! And the slides are great to wear.
