Mid term policy change
I changed cars mid-policy and was quoted almost three times what I had been paying for a more powerful car. I spoke to an adviser called Vicky, who agreed that the premium was excessive. She tried to lower the price, but it didn't decrease by much. Amazingly, Vicky gave me the option of cancelling the policy mid-term, and they would waive the cancellation fees and refund what was owed. I must admit that I didn't expect this. The level of customer care and my overall experience with them have been fantastic. If I could rate them even higher, I would. So, if your renewal is more than you expected, or if you have any issues, it's always best to speak to an adviser first. Because you would be amazed at how much they are willing to help you.
