Some Issues
Had some issues in regards to extra charges to the holiday which I was unhappy with and the situation was not delt with as I’d expect but eventually was sorted with Jacqui and a compromise reached, I appreciated her willingness to listen and to take my account into consideration,had it been handled differently to start with my review would be higher
