Wrong item received, no refund.

I did a Saxenda pen order, £344 They send me rybelsus tablets - 200£ They did not answer anything by phone, just by email. I email them, they answer telling the order I received was correct, and attached a picture. The picture shows another order number, another customer and another address. I emailed them all the evidence of my orders and their mistakes. but they continued telling me that the tablets I received were my order. Or this website is a scam, or they are very stupid and incompetent.
