Ordered a sim only,
Ordered a sim only,, stated next day delivery, contract started the day I ordered it and I waited, four days before I rang to find out where is was, was told the tracking number was to be sent to me by royal mail but I had received nothing, when I rang it was the usual non first language being English, the advisor was rude and aggressive, talking over me when I was speaking. Then I was told oh it's royal mails fault and delivery would be 3-5 days, I made then point the I'm their customer and not royal mails ( the sender is ) and finally I got a tracking number. At the end of the call I said goodbye and the advisor just put the phone down. I have the call recorded and a screen shot of " Next day delivery " before MPD try and post a corporate platitude. Update .... Corporate platitude as expected No complaint procedure when I called, I only asked for the complaints procedure, but had to explain myself again only to be told they would have to pass me to a supervisor, I gave up on the phone call and had to go to the parent company AO, and instead on dealing with it they passed it back to MPD who then proceeded to call me instead of dealing with it be email, wasting more of my time. Still no solution, instead trying to buy me off with £10 !!!! Website still not altered, I'm only left with trading standards
