Completely unusable
Completely unusable. Paid for a year mostly to watch NFL and NHL. Literally freezes every 10 seconds on one firestick (inches away from the wireless device and every few minutes on another on another floor. You can't call and talk to a tech. Followed their tech procedure to email my test and wireless speed (well over 100Mps) and parameters, took a screenshot and sent to the company. No response. Total waste of money. Can't use, obviously will not be renewing.
