Poor Communication and Coordination – Would Not Recommend
I used Taylor Rose for both the sale of my current property and the purchase of a new one, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating. Communication was consistently poor between all parties involved – myself, the other solicitors, and even internally within their own team. I often had to chase for updates, clarify basic details, and deal with delays that could have been avoided with better coordination. At times, it felt like no one was fully aware of what stage the process was at. Selling and buying a home is stressful enough without having to constantly follow up and manage your own legal team. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience – unreliable communication and efficiency are the bare minimum you should expect, and sadly, they didn’t deliver.
