Horrible Leasing Process
My experience thus far has been horrible. The application process was very easy, they also have really nice homes. Great Jones really needs to reconsider their application process! I applied for a home and have to wait 24-48 hours after approval for someone to reach out with the next steps. During this time someone could very well be further along the process than me, causing me to lose the home I wanted most. I have called called called & emailed likes crazy ! Only to be told everytime someone will call me back within 5-10 minutes, I still have yet to receive a call!
