Guildford shop in Surrey Rocks 👏❤️
I ordered from lululemon online and had to return it so I did this via their Guildford store in Surrey. I explained to a member of staff what i was looking for instead and I must say she pulled out all stops to help in any way she could! As the store was busy, other staff members came to my aid as I required and in the end I got kitted out and was over the moon with my new purchases. I can't speak about other stores but the staff in Guildford were exemplary, I will certainly go back there ..thank you Rachel and all the other girls, you made my day ❤️
