Shocking customer and environmental care
Lulu Lemon Customer Services and business practices are shocking. I never expected this from Lululemon but I have now had 2 bad experiences. 1st - I ordered some Align pants, the next day they sent me a 20% off code; I emailed customer services and asked them apply it and refund me the difference (like all other major companies do). They refused; instead they made me re-order a new pair with the discount and send back the old pair. What an absolute waste of shipping materials, CO2 emission for the transport etc...terrible sustainbility and they didn't care at all about me or the customer experience. 2nd, I finally got an instock notification for a pair of V-waist Aligns and purchased them (money taken from my account) and then they send me an email 2 days later cancelling them and saying they are out of stock...no apologies, no voucher for my dissappointment. Nothing. They have zero care for their customers or their environment but happy to charge extortionate prices. Really poor company.
