Rude assistance & rented car was given away
We booked a car online for our trip through VIP CARS and paid the deposit. Unfortunately our flight had a massive delay and we weren't able to arrive on the initial pickup time. As if the delay wasn't a disappointment for our trip on it's own, we were badly assisted by the guy we spoke to on the phone from final rentals. We tried to call final rentals to ask if we could pick up our rental car at a later hour because of the delay, even if we had to pick it up the next day. But the guy we spoke to was very rude on the phone, wouldn't cooperate and basically said that it's not their problem. The man on the phone said that he would call us back multiple times and ended the phone calls, but he never called back. We had to constantly call this guy again and in the end he didn't even answer his phone anymore. This all resulted in us being stranded at the airport in the middle of the night and were unable to still get the car we rented. Very unfortunate because it was not our fault that the flight was delayed. We were willing to pay for the full amount since we booked the car earlier than our final arrival time, but they had already given away the car. We will never book with this company again and would't recommend anyone to do so since we were treated this badly. We were well assisted by VIP CARS, but they were unable to do anything for us since final rentals already had given away our rented car. We lost our deposit money because of this.
