Beating The Deadline
Levi Rees and Helen Jones handled our house purchase, which began at the very end of January. We were under pressure to complete before the Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) increase, and Levi and his team assured us they would do their best to help us meet the deadline. I'm happy to say they succeeded! We were very impressed with Levi's proactive approach and attention to detail, which were extremely helpful throughout the process. Solicitors can sometimes be difficult to reach, but considering the high volume of people trying to complete before the stamp duty deadline, Levi and Helen kept us well-informed.
