Yesterday in Dover branch we went to…
Yesterday in Dover branch we went to the cafe to get a coffee, we have been several times and have really been pleased with the service, but yesterday I went and stood in the queue next to a gentleman we waited and waited to be served by a young lady, first she just stood and fiddled with some paper then she started to serve a lady in from of the man she took so long taking her order it was rediculous, inbetween serving this lady she went over took a whole lot of paper of the roll blew her nose then through the paper in the sink she then took another piece of paper blew her nose again, and again threw the paper in the sink, did not wash her hands the leaned back on the sink and took a deep breath saying something about having a cold. what the hell was she behind the counter in the first place no mask on she had a thing covering her hair but thought it would be okay to have all straggley bit of hair hanging down, she then proceeded to get the ladies food ready, the man that stood in front said you would have been sacked if you acted like that when you were young which I had to agree, the girl had no name badge but she was quite thin very dark hair and wore glasses, the other really pleasant girl was blond her hair tied back and did not stop working, there was also a gentleman behind the counter he also was keeping very busy,the other times we have been there it has always been excellent, we must congratulate you on all the products you have in store, I am so sorry to have to complain,
