COWBOYS!!
Ordered a tv from Reliant Direct via Amazon on 4/10/2020, delivery scheduled for 7/10/2020 between 07:00 & 1900. Took a day off work for this, it didn’t arrive. Contacted the local depot the next morning to be told, “the driver couldn’t fit it onto the van” but it would be delivered between 13:52 & 15:52 that day. It wasn’t. Called the depot again and was told “the driver couldn’t complete his deliveries as he had to start his collections”. I then told them NOT to deliver the tv, but to return it to Reliant Direct. This morning, (10/10/2020), two delivery men from Courier Logistics, (APC), turned up with the tv! I informed them what had previously happened and told them I would not accept the delivery. They left, with the tv. After having missed two delivery slots, totalling 14 hours, turning up unannounced, (after having been told to return the item to Reliant Direct), is totally unacceptable. What a cowboy outfit!!!!!
