Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Spent 3 hours trying to login to online banking. My password and user ID were saved in Samsung pass yet it would not allow access. After trying to contact them on phone the adviser cut the call off after waiting 45 mins to get through. Exhausted all the online Lloyds advise. Stored contact numbers on account didnot belong to me. Kept requesting I call. Still calling Day 2 and still not resolved. I will be closing my account with them. Appalling
